Founded in 2025, Flow UK was created to inspire mindfulness, focus, and self-expression.

As a Psychology turned Design student I often spend hours drawing without realising the time, because it is never about the finished product but more about the enjoyment of the process. I became fascinated by the idea of Flow State — a mental state characterised by an intense level of focus where time becomes distorted, and you gain sense of complete control and mastery over a particular situation.

I believe in the power of your amazing mind, and, through the use of beautiful, well-made tools, you can also find your own flow and create your best work yet.
